Icy Strawberry Cake Recipe  

This easy, quick dessert can be made ahead of time and frozen. It's a great way to use up fresh summer berries.  

Inside, there are layers of soft graham crackers and sweet strawberries. The cream fills the whole thing up, making it smooth.   

It takes 20 minutes to prepare and cook, plus time to chill. It serves 9 people.

What's in it Two cups of thick cream 2/3 cup sugar for treats  

2 tablespoons of vanilla flavor 13 and a half whole graham crackers 1 pound of chopped fresh strawberries  

Beat cream in a big bowl until it starts to get thicker. Mix in the vanilla and sugar, then beat until soft peaks form.  

In the bottom of an 8x8-inch dish, spread out 1/2 cup of the cream mixture. One layer of graham crackers should be put on top.
